Taco Casa is a true family story rooted in hard work, commitment, and community. Craig and Brooke Martindale opened their first Taco Casa on Southwest Parkway in 2005 after moving to Wichita Falls—Craig from a dairy farming background and Brooke from teaching. Married since 1992, they grew 1 location into 8. Their children, Tyler & Huntlee, joined the business in 2020, helping it flourish. From 1 location to 8 strong and growing, the Martindale family continues to serve their communities.

Today, Taco Casa has 8 locations across Texas and Oklahoma. You can find us in Lubbock (University Ave and 82nd St), Wichita Falls (Maplewood Ave and Southwest Pkwy), Vernon, Duncan, Lawton, and Ardmore. Each location offers dine-in, takeout, delivery, and catering services, making it easy for families, friends, and communities to enjoy our fresh Tex-Mex meals wherever they are.
