Craig and Brooke have proudly owned and operated Taco Casa for over 20 years, starting with just one location and a vision rooted in quality, hard work, and community. Today, that vision has grown into eight locations, all still guided by the same family values and commitment that built it from the ground up.
Tyler Martindale - Chief Operating Officer
Tyler Martindale, son of the owners, serves as Chief Operating Officer and plays a key role in continuing Taco Casa’s proud family tradition.
Huntlee Wyatt - Chief Financial Officer
Huntlee Martindale, daughter of the owners, leads as the Chief Financial Officer and helps carry on the family-first culture that defines Taco Casa.
Whitney M. - HR/ Office Manager
Whitney M. has been a valued part of the Taco Casa team for over six years, bringing experience, consistency, and leadership to the operation.
Cayla W. - Marketing Director
Cayla W. serves as Marketing Director, leading the strategy and creative behind Taco Casa’s brand, promotions, and community presence.

Michelle R. manages the Southwest Parkway location in Wichita Falls and has been a dedicated part of the Taco Casa team for 14 years.
